Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the standards, expectations, and responsibilities for professional headshot sessions provided by Valley Photography in collaboration with Mynx Beauté. By booking a session, clients agree to the following: 1. Arrival & Timing Clients must arrive at the photography booth 15 minutes prior to their booked session time to allow for hair and makeup touch-ups by Kate from Mynx Beauté. Late arrival may reduce the available preparation and photography time. If a client arrives late, photography may still proceed; however, makeup and hair touch-ups may not be possible, as sessions are scheduled back-to-back with alternating bookings. 2. Makeup & Hair Standards Mynx Beauté will provide light professional hair and makeup touch-ups to ensure clients are photo-ready. These touch-ups are designed to enhance appearance, not replace full makeup or hairstyling services. Clients are expected to arrive with clean, dry hair and a basic level of personal grooming. Makeup and hair touch-ups cannot be performed on any client with an active infectious illness or open wound. For health and safety reasons, such clients may be asked to leave the booth if their condition risks contaminating the site or affecting others. 3. Photography Standards Valley Photography, represented by Danny Valley, will provide professional headshots to a high industry standard. Editing and retouching will be applied at the photographer’s discretion, ensuring a polished and natural finish. Clients may request additional edits; however, extra charges may apply. 4. Liability & Responsibility Both Valley Photography and Mynx Beauté will exercise the highest professional care and skill. Neither Valley Photography nor Mynx Beauté will be held liable for: Adverse reactions to makeup or hair products (clients must disclose allergies in advance). Dissatisfaction arising from late arrival, failure to follow preparation guidelines, or unrealistic expectations beyond the agreed scope. 5. Payments & Bookings Bookings are confirmed only once payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been received. Payments are non-refundable in the event of late arrival or no-show. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed package will incur extra charges. 6. Consent, Delivery & Usage By participating, clients consent to the use of their images for delivery of services. Clients must provide a valid email address at the time of booking or on-site. A private link to their photos will b
