CONTRIBUTOR RELEASE FORM

This Agreement is made between:

Photographer/Producer Name : VALLEYWOLF ENTERPRISES

And

1. Purpose and Grant of Rights:

The Contributor (e.g., Hairdresser, Makeup Artist, or other Creative Professional) agrees that the Photographer/Producer has the right to photograph, film, and/or record the results of their work, including but not limited to hairstyles, makeup, and other creative elements, as well as their likeness, image, voice, and appearance (collectively referred to as the "Content") in connection with the project titled:

The Contributor grants the Photographer/Producer and their affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and unrestricted right to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, exhibit, and display the Content—including the Contributor’s creative work (e.g., hairstyles, makeup, or other artistic elements)—in any form, media, or manner, including for advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes

2. No Compensation or Royalties:

The Contributor acknowledges and agrees that they will not receive any compensation, royalty, or further payment for the use of the Content in any form, and waive any rights to claim compensation or ownership regarding the Content now or in the future.

3. No Ownership or Claims:

The Contributor agrees that the Photographer/Producer shall own all rights, titles, and interests, including copyright, in the Content. The Contributor waives any right to review or approve the final product, and agrees not to claim ownership or seek any rights related to the use, distribution, or modification of the Content, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

4. Release of Liability:

The Contributor hereby releases and discharges the Photographer/Producer from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities that may arise from the use of the Content, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use of their creative work (e.g., hairstyles, makeup, or other artistic elements).

5. Acknowledgment and Credit:

If the Content is shared publicly by the Photographer/Producer or their affiliates, the Photographer/Producer agrees to make a reasonable effort to tag and credit all creators involved in the shoot. This includes mentioning the following handles where applicable:

• @mynxbeaute

• @hashtag_hairsalon_canberra

• @naomi.elise.taylor

• @valleywolfproductions

• @hautecaptures

• @naomielisetaylor

Collaboration tags can be discussed but are not essential.

6. Ownership and Sharing of BTS Media:

1. Ownership of BTS Media:Any behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos, videos, or other media captured on personal devices (e.g., phones or cameras) are the sole property of the person who captured them. Such media must not be handed over to third parties without the explicit permission of the owner.

2. Social Media Sharing:

   • Content Without Other Creatives: BTS media that does not feature other creatives involved in the project may be shared on social media without prior permission.

   • Content Featuring Other Creatives: If the BTS media includes other creatives (e.g., hairdressers, makeup artists, or other contributors), the person sharing the media must first seek consent from those featured. This ensures consideration of their preferences, appearance, or involvement at the time of capture.

This policy is intended to promote respect, privacy, and collaboration among all parties involved.

7. Miscellaneous:

a. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties.

b. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

c. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
